Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what we collect and why.
Information we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email, shipping and billing address, and your personalization message. Payments are processed securely by Shopify; we never store your card details.
How we use it
We use your information to fulfil and deliver orders, communicate with you about your purchase, and — only with your consent — send you news and offers.
Sharing
We share data only with trusted partners needed to run the store (such as Shopify, payment providers and shipping carriers). We never sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep your bag and checkout working, and may use analytics cookies to improve the store.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting hello@gagube.com. Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA) you may have additional rights.
