Refund Policy
We want you to love your piece. Here is how returns and refunds work.
Returns
Non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging.
Personalized items
Because personalized pieces are made just for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty, damaged, or with an error in the engraving.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will replace it or refund you in full.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
